The fully equipped commercial kitchen can be hired in conjunction with other rooms.

 

Features include:

 

• A large conventional oven with six cooking rings

• A small fan oven

• Twin contact grill

• A commercial microwave

• Two fridges

• Bain-marie and plate warmer

• Automatic water boiler

• High spec dishwasher

• Sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. for 120 covers.  Please check your individual needs are met

• Serves directly into the Hodder room or indirectly into the main hall, the curved room or the Croasdale room

• Kitchen is suitable for use by any outside caterer approved by Slaidburn Village Hall management. Names of suitable caterers can be supplied on request
